INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD

Description

From your personal and/or business account holdings in My Accounts, you can download your account information to a spreadsheet (.CSV) or a Financial Management Software program such as Intuit Quicken and Microsoft Money.

You can download your account balance and holdings, one account at a time, to any of the financial management software packages (i.e. Quicken, Money) supported by WebBroker. To download the holdings and balance for a particular account, select the account from the list provided at the top of the Holdings page. Then at the bottom of the page select the software package to which you want to export the data. The default period for downloading from the account holdings page will be as of the previous business day. All holdings up to the close of the last business day will be exported.

The following software for downloads is supported for use with WebBroker:

• Intuit Quicken 2004 and higher
• Microsoft Money 2004 and higher
• Spreadsheet (.CSV)

Downloading to Quicken using Internet Explorer

1. On the Account Holdings page, select the account you would like to download from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Holdings screen of the account.
3. From the drop-down menu next to the words "Download to:", select Intuit Quicken and then click the "Download" button.

* All transactions to the close of the last business day will be exported.

First Time Exporting to Quicken?

If this is your first time downloading to Quicken, you may receive a pop up window asking you what you want to do with this file you are about to download - Open or Save. If you receive this message, click Open, then click OK. This will automatically launch Quicken and import the transactions. ALL subsequent downloads will automatically launch Quicken provided you uncheck the box "Always ask me before opening this type of file" on the download pop up window.

Downloading to Quicken using Netscape

1. On the Account Holdings page, select the account (from the drop down menu at the top of the page) you would like to download.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Holdings page.
3. From the drop-down menu next to the words "Download to:", select Intuit Quicken and click the "Download" button.
4. Netscape will automatically launch Quicken.

* All transactions to the close of the last business day will be exported.

First Time Exporting to Quicken?

1. Follow step #1 and step #2 as above
2. Upon receiving the message "You have started to download a file of type application/x-qfx... ", select Pick App (or Open depending on the version of Netscape you are using).
3. Click on Browse. The Browse window will pop up.
4. Look in C: Drive and find the Quickenw folder. Select the QW.exe file.

You have now associated the OFX file extension with Quicken and this should automatically download subsequent exports to Quicken.

Downloading to Money from Account Holdings

1. On the Account Holdings page, select the account (from the drop down menu at the top of the page) that you would like to download.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Select Microsoft Money from the drop-down menu next to the words "Download to:" and then click the "Download" button.
4. Microsoft Money will automatically launch and download the requested transactions.

* All transactions to the close of the last business day will be exported.

Downloading to a Spreadsheet (.CSV)

1. On the Account Holdings page, select the account (from the drop down menu at the top of the page) from which you wish to download information.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Account Holdings page.
3. From the drop-down menu next to the words "Download to:", select Spreadsheet (.CSV) and then click the "Download" button.
4. A pop-up window (File Download) will display asking you what you would like to do with the file about to be downloaded. The options in Internet Explorer are Open or Save. In Netscape Communicator, the options are Pick App (application to open with) and Save File.
5. Select Save. Another window will open and provide you with the opportunity to specify where you would like the file to be saved. It is important to be able to recall where this file was stored, so you may wish to write this location down.

When saving the file, ensure that the file name includes an extension of .csv, if the extension is not already part of the suggested file name.
